Festival registration fees

It is standard for festivals such as ours to charge participation fees. The fee gives you access to a range of services from Big Difference Company that support you to take part in Leicester Comedy Festival and the UK Kids' Comedy Festival. This includes:

• Support from our dedicated festival team 
• Your event is listed on our festival websites
• We produce key marketing tools including the Festival brochure, website, posters, leaflets
• Your event is featured on our festival app
• You can sell your tickets through our festival box office and we are the first point of contact for any ticketing queries
• We pay for a flyering license which can be used to promote your event in Leicester City Centre during the festival 
• We promote and manage a launch event/press launch for the Festivals which generates a huge buzz and some substantial ticket sales
• Access to industry events 
• Discounts on accommodation and various bars and cafes across the city
• Entry to selected venues during the festival 

Leicester Comedy Festival and The UK Kids' Comedy Festival are delivered by Big Difference Company which is a registered charity.  As a charity we aim to promote health & wellbeing through the arts, promote comedy and comedy performance as an art form and use comedy to educate and inspire.
